Moog Music

Moog Music makes 15 of the instruments this release defines, each with a page of its own setting out its MIDI implementation, read from the maker's own documents. Each is loaded in Python by the name beside it.

• DFAM moog/dfam: no MIDI at all.
• Grandmother moog/grandmother: one voice; 24 controls; sends and follows MIDI clock; firmware 1.1.3.
• Labyrinth moog/labyrinth: no controls; follows MIDI clock.
• Little Phatty Stage II moog/little_phatty: one voice; 52 controls; follows MIDI clock; firmware 2.2.
• Matriarch moog/matriarch: 1, 2, or 4 voices, paraphonic; 37 controls; sends and follows MIDI clock; firmware 1.3.0.
• Messenger moog/messenger: one voice; answers to MPE; 56 controls; sends and follows MIDI clock.
• Minimoog Model D moog/minimoog_model_d: one voice; 1 control.
• Minitaur moog/minitaur: one voice; 37 controls; follows MIDI clock; firmware 2.1.
• Mother-32 moog/mother_32: one voice; 7 controls; follows MIDI clock; firmware 2.0.1.
• Muse moog/muse: 1 or 8 voices; 2 parts; 102 controls; sends and follows MIDI clock; firmware 1.4.0.
• Slim Phatty moog/slim_phatty: one voice; 52 controls; follows MIDI clock.
• Sub 37 moog/sub_37: 1 or 2 voices, paraphonic; 116 controls; sends and follows MIDI clock; firmware 1.2.0.
• Subharmonicon moog/subharmonicon: 12 controls; follows MIDI clock; firmware 1.1.1.
• Subsequent 37 moog/subsequent_37: 1 or 2 voices, paraphonic; 116 controls; sends and follows MIDI clock; firmware 1.2.0.
• Theremini moog/theremini: 28 controls, and more the player assigns; firmware 1.1.
