Subsample MIDI map

The 274 terms the pinned app accepts in a MIDI map, in 6 parts, each with the forms it takes, the words it allows and the limits it is held to.

The file that tells Subsample which sounds each MIDI note plays, how they are processed, and how they play. It holds assignments, and may add templates, programs, other maps to play at the same time, and definitions files that name notes, controllers, MIDI channels and programs.
